All my Zigbee devices dropped 4 Days ago

Hi, i just wanted to check if anybody has observed the same?
I was wondering why some of my Zigbee devices dropped and showed inactive… and then i realized i lost “ALL” of them 4days ago. Was there an update to the HUB FW or anything?

Can’t say i’ve heard of that. Reach out to support and have them troubleshoot.

Also check you hub in IDE to see if these are ok

There was a recent zigbee problem, a hot fix went out today. I don’t know if that’s what’s affecting you, it only affected some people.

Definitely contact support… I recommend using chat during business hours for real-time troubleshooting.

They were able to help me with my issues with ST motion sensors… while working through things in email, my system got to a point where zigbee was communicating with existing devices (except the motion sensors), but I couldn’t add new zigbee devices. A chat session with support resolved the issue… though it involved deleting all my zigbee devices and reforming the mesh.

Thanks. I contacted support via email (chat is not available for uk users).
Lets see what they can tell me.

All of chat for Samsung UK was turned off due to high volumes - things should stabilize in the next week or so. In the meantime, the email team at support@smartthings.co.uk is so incredibly awesome, emailing them feels almost as fast as chat.
