Alexa unable to connect to SmartThings

A lot of people are reporting issues with Alexa. Use this thread instead:

Looking at the Live Logging on ST, everything looks good. Does anyone know of a way to look at debugging on the Echo?

I’m also having the same problem, started after I had a power outage. So far I have tried rebooting smartthings but still get the same message from Alexa
