Alexa not controlling ST devices

So, I’ve been controlling ST devices for many months with a few different Echos in my home. Since a couple days ago, Alexa says “Sorry, ‘device’ isn’t responding, please check it’s network connection and power supply”.

I’m able to control the devices using the ST app, ActionTiles, or even with Rule Machine, just not Alexa.

I’ve deleted a few devices out of the Alexa app and then re-discovered them and they still don’t work.

Any ideas?

I’m sure that’s very frustrating. What’s the brand and model of the affected devices, and are you using any virtual switches to represent them?

I had a similar issue happen a year or so ago. The only fix was to reboot my v2 hub. Not sure why that fixed it, but it did.

Boom - that was it. Did a hard reboot (pulled batteries) and voila…
