Do some searching. See if you can find a recent thread with any similar symptoms.
Keep in mind this is just us users trying to helpi each other. It’s not a substitute for formal support. There has been some past participation by Samsung employees but that seems to have ended.
What hub do you have? 62.13 started rollout this week.
A follow up release (62.13) will be deployed, addressing several issues from the 62.7 release. The initial post has been updated to reflect this.
UPDATE: A follow up release (62.13) will be deployed, addressing several issues from the 62.7 release. Parts of the release notes below have been updated to reflect this second 62.X release while keeping the previous content for visibility.
We will begin rolling out Samsung SmartThings Hub firmware version 0.62.7 starting on September 8, 2026. This will be a phased rollout, so that we can keep a close eye on any issues that arise, so your hub may not be updated immediately. Once downloaded, your Hub will briefly go offline as it reboots and applies the update; most customers will experience less than one minute of downtime. We will update the status page when the release is complete.

You should reach out to ST customer support. In the app, tap on Menu and select Contact us or go to Samsung’s website and go to Support Home located at the bottom of the page.
We’re all just users like you, not ST folks.
