can you send the following info to build@smartthings.com, please?

  1. More details about your issue, for example, specify which devices are going offline, like Zigbee devices, or Sonoff devices (which had an issue), if it’s “random” provide 5 device names just to have a better reference.
    • Also, please share the timestamp on where the issues began, if it’s something recurrent, share the last timestamp
  2. The email account of your SmartThings account
  3. Provide access to your account:
  1. Go to the SmartThings Web (my.smartthings.com)
  2. Log in to your Samsung Account
  3. Select Menu (⋮) and choose Settings
  4. Toggle on Account Data Access
  5. Select the time period and confirm - In this step, please select “Until turned off”, once the team finishes, we’ll let you know so you can disable it again.

@ScottF100, do you also have issues with devices going offline? If so, please send the info as well
