I have two Aeotec Multisensor 6 sensors associated with the zwave sensor driver. In both sensors the movement is detected only if I refresh page, else it does not detect anything. Furthermore one of two sensors is powered via USB, but the type of power supply is not recognized, the cloud symbol always appears crossed out. Both sensors work perfectly with DTH
The most common cause that I’ve seen for a z-wave device not proactively reporting events is that the hub wasn’t added to the lifeline association group (should be group 1) when the device was joined. First troubleshooting step I would recommend is to exclude the device and then re-include it, and hopefully it will be set up properly this time.
I have already tried several times to do this operation, but nothing changes.
