Aeotec hub V3 stuck on firmware 000.047.00011

Hi all,

Out of my three V3 hubs, one of them is stuck on version 000.047.00011, whereas the other two have progressed to 000.048.00005.

Has this happened to anyone else?
Any ideas about why it won’t update and/or how to force the update?

You can try power cycling it off for a couple of minutes. Once it boots up, it should contact ST servers. Watch the led lights to check if it downloads the firmware. Be patient!

Otherwise contact ST support and see what hey have to say.
