I have looked at several pages and can’t find anything, I have seen people ask but no answers.
Is there a code I need to install or are the device types updated to where all I have to do is uninstall and reinstall the device and the battery % will show up?
I have been using the default “Z-Wave Door/Window Sensor” for the original and the newer gen5 device and both are reporting battery %. The device is a sleepy device so it may take a few days to show up if they are new.
I also use the Z-wave door/window sensor and have since I got the devices last year 2 original recessed and they have never reported battery. I have removed and readded more than one. No battery.
