O Have the GE ZW3003 installed all over the house. for some reason, they don’t connect with Smartthings. I called Samsung and they said that they are unable to support because this GE product is not supported but there is a way to add it on Graph.api.smartthings.com. I logged in and I got lost from there. please if you can assist in a step by step instructions on how to get the GE ZW3003 to work .
which hub do you have?

have you tried a general device exclusion (z-wave exclusion) from the ST app first and then try to add the devices
I just did that on al dimmers and worked perfectly thank you so much.
