So need a little help here. This is my first device I am trying to hook up and had no luck. I have talked to GE who said their side is functioning properly… So I called Smart things and really could’t help me. I have even taken the hub outside and placed it next to the switch with an extension cord. I read a bit on another post about log but I can’t seem to find that stuff anywhere. The hub is a brand new smart things samsung gen 3 and I am using the new app
Have you tried first excluding the switch? Often times z-wave devices ship having been paired to a test hub before leaving the factory and have to be excluded before being able to pair it to another hub.
