Account removal under review..?

About 2 months ago after a poor judgement call i deleted my account and Smartthings app from my phone. Now i decided to reinstall it and use it again but when i open app i get a message that my account removal application is under review and cant use Smartthing on any of my devices. Any idea whats goin on or how long will this review take?
Im trying to avoid using a different email account.

I removed a SmartThings account and a few months later recreated it with the same e-mail. I had a couple of problems with the resulting account. One was eventually fixed but I never could get a fix to the last one which was that there was no “namespace”. As UK e-mail support seemed to be closed down even though I had an open case I gave up and started again with a different email address on the same Samsung Account and all was well. I actually just replaced an example@gmail.com format address with an example+a@gmail.com address so it was the same Google account.

Could you provide the following info over DM, please?
Put the cursor over my profile picture, click on it, and select “Message”, it should appear like this:

  1. Email of the SmartThings account you deleted
  2. Do you remember the date when you deleted the account? Please share it with me

Thank for your help @nayelyz . I think we are getting somewhere, you are asking the right questions :slight_smile:
I dont have an option for DM with anyone, maybe because im new here, i dont know. Is there any other way to send them to you?
My email account is same as i have on this page, if you have access to it and date is 6 August 2024

Thank you for your reply @orangebucket , I thought of that and i know how Google treats email accounts (+ accounts and usind dots) For example adrianmv@ and adrian.mv@ (hint for @nayelyz) for google is same account but for Samsung is different. And since my Samsung account is tied up with my phone on which im using SmartThings and every other Samsung service i want to avoid changing it
