500: Internal Server Error. How to fix it? (March 2019)

I am getting the 500: internal error and sent a email to support, but they just replied and said they cannot help with issues with device handlers. Can anyone help me out?

Here is my error

Thanks in advance

Looks like you’re trying to port a Hubitat DTH to SmartThings and it’s failing because ST doesn’t have a class for hubitat. I.e. this isn’t working:

hubitat.zwave.commands.batteryv1.BatteryReport

@cyberrage The issue impacting your hub page loading is resolved.

Hi guys. I own two SmartThings hubs V2. One at work and one at my home. I received Error 500 at my work when I was trying to connect some xiaomi sensors. That was 4 days ago and since then is still the same. Sadly today I tried to connect ZigBee siren to my home hub and again another error 500. Could you give me any advice what can I do? Both hubs are connected to different Samsung accounts.

Report the issue to ST support and attached a screenshot of those errors

I’ve done it for the first one but I don’t know how long it will take to receive an answer from them.

I will report the second one as well.

I have a similar issue.

Logged in, clicked on the ā€˜My Devices’ tab, clicked on one of the sensor (Ecolink water leak sensor), clicked on ā€˜List Events’, and clicked on one of the events. Getting the below error:

Raised a ticket with the support team: #1212022.

Seeing this issue with the second sensor in the same hub as well as my the sensors in my second hub.

Please help.

There looks to be an issue with the service that supports the event details. I reported this issue to the appropriate team. I am curious, is there specific information you are seeking from the event details? I might be able to help find that info elsewhere.

Yesterday I opened a ticket to support in Europe, UK, for error 500 when opening the event details in IDE

Any news about this? I believe it is still an issue.

The real reason I’m here is that I’m struggling with my Hue outdoor motion sensor.
I decided to move it from my Hue hub to my Smartthings hub to gain more from it than possible with the Hue hub.
However the sensor works fine for about an hour and then it loses its connection to my Smartthings hub.
How can that be?
I just discovered that it generates an internal server error in IDE. I’m attaching a screenshot showing the error.

Server error Hue Motion

Looks like you deleted the device. Are you still seeing this error?

Suddenly all my Hue outdoor motion sensor
has same problem . One of them went offline.I tried incognito browser,Chrome,Mozzila,Opera… same error . Two years already Hue sensor was perfect on ST hub until now. One of them is offline ,other four report normally motion, temp, illumination but i can’t access them through IDE .
I also opened ticket (#1239177 )

Did you by chance remove and re-add the devices? This is an issue that we are seeing with devices added within the last week. The only issue with them should be with viewing them in the IDE and we are working on a fix for that. The devices should perform as expected otherwise.

Thx Brad,i appreciate your fast response . Only one of them i think i had to reset an add again but maybe month ago . Battery was dead ,when i put fresh batteries it didn’t come online so i re-add sensor . Btw… I have many other different brand Zigbee devices but only Hue is affected.

HI it looks like I’m getting the similar issues with the above. Is there anything I can do on my end to resolve this? This is what I’m seeing from the browser
