403 Error when enabling Oath for Echo Speaks

I am following the steps here:

I get to step 4 in SmartApp Code Install, and when clicking on “Update”, I get this 403 error:

Access to graph-na04-useast2.api.smartthings.com was denied

You don’t have authorization to view this page.

HTTP ERROR 403

I am logged in to the site, even tried to relog and still see this error. I’ve seen this before in my web travels and maybe its a temporary problem, but just wanted to ask and be sure in case this is a known issue and I need to fix something else.

I had no problems installing WebCore the other day following similar steps relating to OATH.

Any ideas?

Try opening an incognito browser and enabling OAuth. I just had that same issue and that worked for me. If that ends up working it looks like its a browser cookies issue per this thread "Access to graph.api.smartthings.com was denied"
