Dam, someone was just asking about how to monitor power consumption on a washer and dryer for laundry notification yesterday. I suggested the Aeon , and to watch the deals thread for them . I hope they listened, because I can’t remember what thread it was in.

Thank you. Considering I just bought a Minimote off Amazon for $36, getting 4 for $13.00 each is GREAT!

With shipping cost like that… It might be cheaper just to move down here!

Hello my name is Thomas and I’m a device-oholic. It all started a few years ago when a dealer said he’d give me a few free sensors if I bought something called a hub. Since then I’ve purchased more deceives every month. Faster then I could have ever imagined it became an addiction and family members started to notice I had a problem. I had to start hiding my newly purchased gear and installing when no one was home. Things are a bit better now that I have sought professional counseling and have been convinced to canceled plans to make room for more sensors by adding additional rooms to the house.

Just ordered 2 multisensors. You people are not helping thing a bit!

Thanks OP

The first step to having an addiction is admitting you have an addiction.

I do not have an addiction. I have a lack of automation devices

Actually, my parents did that last year. Unfortunately, the shipping to Hawaii isn’t much better…

I have 5 already, getting ready to set them up.

I think I’m up to seven now? Maybe 8? Plus all the Iris’ and Aeon outlets/strips. I DO have a power metering addiction, absolutely won’t deny that.

I have 10 or so iris smart plugs in service with power meter capability, 12 more to install.

Anyone have the details on how you can meter 2 110?

The forum search feature is full of information

@SBDOBRESCU Did you get batteries with yours? Mine came without, while what I got from thesmartesthouse.com had them included.

The smartest house adds them complimentary. Tje sensors don’t come with batteries…
