Hi everyone,
I have a problem with my Samsung hub ET-WV523.
It cannot find any Zwave devices.
I tried to repair the zwave but it gives me the error 409.
Have you Excluded the Z-Wave devices before trying to add them?
To exclude put device in exclusion mode per mfg. instructions. Then open hub tile in mobile app, 3 dots upper right corner, settings, Z-Wave utilities, Z-Wave exclusion.
Z-Wave Functional False is not a good sign.
Yes, but nothing happened… I also noticed that the static DSK has no value.
Also, my hub is stuck on firmware version 52.21. I don’t know if a software update can solve my problem, but I can’t find any way to do it.
I have the same issue [funtional:false] with one of three ST WV523 hubs. After being able to finally integrate 2 of those older so called CELL_Hubs a few weeks ago (the third one was already working for years including zwave functionality), one of them did “get” the zwave issue, the second one did not.
All 3 are on Firmware 52.00021.
Rebooting did not help.
I successfully installed zwave Edge drivers on the falty one, but this had no effect.
Because it was such a hussle to finally get the 2. and 3. one to work, I havent tried another firmware/hard reset on it yet though.
If you have the Connect or Wi-Fi hub, that is the latest version.
