Z-wave Repair errors

Hi, I’m trying to repair my z-wave network and keep getting errors. If anyone can help me with these.

Network repair for Floor Fan [4D]: Could not delete old routes
Network repair for Sub Woofer [4C]: Could not assign new route
Network repair for Sub Woofer [4C]: Could not delete old routes
Network repair for Floor Fan [4D]: Could not assign new route

Not sure how to fix these. I’ve deleted them and set them back up again, but they keep dropping. They are about 15ft from hub. Use the same device driver as the other plugs. It just seems these 2 keep failing for some stupid reason.

These 2 devices I can’t find in my device list in ST IDE. How do I delete them?

Network repair for device [02]: Could not update neighbors
Network repair for device [0E]: Could not update neighbors

How did you “delete” them, by removing them or excluding?

Call support or try this:

I’m working on removing the Ghost now. I found a post about it. I have 71 devices so resetting would be a nightmare. lol

What does this mean? Delete old routes?

Network repair for Relay Back Door Curtain [3E]: Could not delete old routes

BTW got rid of the Ghost items, but everytime I run the Z-wave repair other devices start showing errors that I know work just fine. lol

You may have other ghosts. Try rebooting your hub and/or power cycle your devices (cut the power to the device) then wait 5 minutes before running the repair again.

That means the hub didn’t successfully communicate with the device. It may be out of reach or sleeping.

Ok Thanks, When I get home I’ll re-add the 2 devices I deleted because those never worked right. So I’ll start fresh with those.
