Z-Wave Multichannel (MCO Switch)

Hi,

I previously bought the MCO Z-Wave switch with only one button on it. When I discovered the switch in SmartThings is used the device type Z-Wave Device Multichannel…

Now I’ve bought the a second switch, this time with two buttons on it:

I’m a bit hazy on the whole z-wave thing…

It’ll be one device in SmartThings, right? The switch uses one channel for each button, is that correct?

So in SmartThings, will I see two on/off panels for the device? I’m a bit confused about how this will work…

Hi, I am experiencing the same issue. I have a chinese touch 3 gang switch, and I was told by the manufacturer all 3 switches would work. however I can see it as multi switch in ST but can only control 1 button via the app.
