I’m using the Smartthings iOS app to try to manage my devices. The exclusion/removal process seems to be completely broken right now - is this a known issue?
Device → Remove either has no apparent effect or says “a network or server error occurred”. Hub → Utilities → Exclude appears to do nothing. The same issue is seen with Zigbee devices - remove has no effect.
Any suggestions?
try removing them from the Advanced Web App
or maybe not since z-wave exclusion appears to have disappeared in AWA at the moment.
It looks like exclusion and removal is actually working but the app does not always update the UI! I found that if I kill the app between each exclusion/removal, things work better. Adding new devices is similarly broken right now, but with even less success.
