Xiaomi Aqara Switch in UK?

Hi All

I’m just starting out in the world of SmartThings, I was wondering if somebody familiar with the Xioami Aqara lights are compatible with standard back boxes? (i.e. screw positions etc… mine are quite deep)

Yes - but 35mm backboxes are a bit tight but doable. 25mm are too shallow.

Also note if its a double switch or the switch is also the main ring connector it gets even tighter on a 35mm.

But they do look good.

Yeah, one had all manor of gubbins behind it so out came the chisel and a lot of swearing later a 45mm backbox went in. I have 10 of them, and only 1 needed a 45
