Wiser heat cant connect to the cloud!

Just invested in this system and really want it to work. I go through the setup no problem until the bt hub 5 tries to connect to the cloud during the final registration. Spoken to Drayton many times but no progress. Anybody else had issues during registration?

Did you mean to ask this question for the Wiser hub? This community is for the Samsung SmartThings hub.

you must have the router set on channel 1, 6 or 11 and set a fixed IP address for all wiser items.

Honestly, I don’t understand why would anyone post an answer for a topic which is 2 years old and not even about SmartThings. I am wait to see when the post will be updated maybe…

Simple Master…I came across this in my search for an answer to the same question. Regardless of the age of the original post, the answer will possibly help someone with a similar issue…you not, obviously…being a master, why dont you have the original post removed and mine whilst you are at it. I am a SmartThings user too…hopefully now you understand…its about helping others which I do daily.

Sorry to bother you, but most of the time, when someone post something like this into a 2 years old topic, a day later it ends up a spam to some dodgy website. Otherwise, Wiser has a support email where you can ask this kind of questions and a Zendesk wiki website. Not like they tend to give out any useful information.
