Wifi password change makes my life miserable with Samsung washer and dryer

I have Samsung washer Model WF45K6500AV and Samsung dryer Model DV45K6500EV from my local Costco 2021 July, both came without wifi connection dongle, so I bought it from Samsung website configured, this is second challenge. I configured its not fully smart its semi smart. I need to enable the wifi every time manually to operate remotely on both if I need to operate off peak ours of power utilization. Recently, I have to change my wifi password after long gap of time.

There it started second challenge, I’m unable to update password with both washer and dryer, since its asking me to press one SmartThings button once, which is touch button and not responding then I jump in to research to resolve it.

Now, based on the step they said remove from your account and start pair as new device, their headache is now its saying its already under someone’s ownership, its hard to tell it to back I’m the first owner to it.

I never seen such a complex smart automation like this, Any one faced same? Fortunately if you happened to resolve this issue , could you share how you have resolved and steps too, truly appreciate it !

I was trying to provide the details by replying to the email, I have been getting mail delivery failure error. I have enabled the access to Samsung and the model is HD2018GH, there is one already with dryer, is working fine ! Only washer has the issue. Let me know how I can share if any information required to be shared!
