Why I decided not to buy a Samsung Oven

Do to all the challenges and lack of communication, I have had with Smartthings and Samsung over the last few months have lead me to loose faith in Samsung.

When my homewarranty company intended to replace my wall oven with a $3,000 Samsung smart oven I said no thank you, please find me another brand. This was a sad moment for me. I use to recommend Samsung to others. :frowning:

Same here, my fridge stopped working and it was the control PCB, as a temporary repair I bypass this and fitted a smart plug and put in a temperature sensor in the fridge, this allowed me to search for a new PCB, I could not find one , and if I found something similar it was very expensive, so its going to the skip :persevere:
