When will we see a SmartThings app for the Gear S2 smartwatch?

I recently purchased a Gear S2 smartwatch and it is a fantastic piece of hardware! Seeing as there was a SmartThings app for the previous Gear smartwatch when can we expect to see one for the Gear S2?
