in the ST app, tap on Menu and select Contact us. You will need to send a image of the bottom of the hub that clearly shows the serial number.

You will need to contact ST support directly if you need to get a Welcome code. You should include a photo of the bottom of your hub that clearly shows the serial number on your hub.
