Weird problems... Cloud based?

I had a bunch of stuff drop off/ slow to respond (5+ minutes)/become unavailable. Both zigbee and zwave networks recently. Finally got fed up and did the zigbee heal. When I plugged the hub back in the light is green but app shows offline still (10+ minutes now). So was wondering if anyone else was having similar issues. Quick search didn’t turn up much except for a few threads about samsungtvs (which I don’t own)

There’s also a “first bug report” page in the community – created wiki which will list a lot of things that never get to the official status page and includes links to the discussion threads.

I’ve had issues over at least the last 14 or so hours with lights and switches not responding for 30 seconds up to 15 minutes. My wife left the house this morning, one door switch, one garage tilt sensor and one outlet failed to update. Smartthings armed, and once the switches updated it set off the alarm twice before my wife returned home thinking someone may have broken into the house.

Same thing. Contacts took forever to update, webcore wasn’t firing right. Sirens still going off lol. Have to pull batteries
