Great clean wall install!
Have you heard about Dock Dock! magnetic fridge mount www.dockdock.io? I liked the fast & easy setup (no holes nor screws involved, 2 minutes installation.
Do you have some kind of financial relationship with that company?
I ask because this thread is specifically about:
The goal was a clean, simple wall mount for an iPad Mini that could also keep it charged
The product you linked to uses a magnetic mount which is intended to be put on a refrigerator, and then just runs the cable to the nearest wall outlet. That’s not what the OP was looking for. That’s why most of the posts in this thread are about the hidden charging mechanism.
We welcome company representatives in this forum, they often have a lot to add, but we do ask that they stay on topic and that they identify themselves as company employees or representatives.
If you are just another community member and happen to like that particular product, I agree that it looks nice, it’s just not on topic for this particular thread as it’s not a wallmount with a hidden charger.
