I am trying to install and include the VISION ZM1601US-5 siren into my network, however, when I include the siren, smartthings thinks it is an Aeotec siren GEN5, and the custom device handler for the VISION does not work correctly. Has anyone else had these kinds of problems? Currently running smartthings V2 hub, and can get the device to include, and exclude, but can’t figure out a proper way to use the siren to its full potential.
You’ve loaded the custom DTH into the IDE? Have you tried going in and modifying what DTH it is using?
