Virtual Switch Offline

I’m on Android. I’ve been watching YouTube videos on how to create a virtual switch with SmartThings, and in the videos when the virtual switch is created, you’re able to turn the switch on and off even though it doesn’t do anything yet.

However, when I create a virtual switch (SmartApps → SmartThings Labs → Virtual Switch), it’s offline. Even if the switch technically doesn’t do anything yet, it should at least be online so I can eventually make it do certain tasks. How do I get my Virtual Switch online?

Mm same here, even when I have created some virtual switch before, now it appears to be a issue

Same. Newly created virtual switched are offline. No problem for me with virtual switched that have existed for several months/years.

There is a current problem affecting both physical and virtual devices. :disappointed_relieved:
