V3 hub problems

Hub stopped working today, no lights at all. Have tried disconnecting power and reconnecting, have also tried the reset holding the little button in while reconnecting power but no joy either.

Then also left it unplugged for a while.

No sign of life at all, any suggestions?

Seriously though, no lights. Probably dead power supply or something similar. You can try a different power plug if you can locate one with the same voltage, amperage and pinout, but it’s probably a call to support.

Same problem here. I’ve asked support for a replacement.

How have they responded?

I contacted their CS department today too.
