It’s been a good run my hub is 4 or 5 years old no major problems. I woke up this morning to none of my devices working. I tried unplugging and waiting a few minutes and plugged it back in and nothing. I’ve got 22 mix z-wave and zigbee devices if I try to reset it what get cleared out? Do I loose my scenes and automations as well?
Try pulling the power cord and removing tHe batteries. Then power it back up without the batteries.
Thanks for the suggestion I tried that too wait for an hour.
But did you try powering it up without the batteries?
