Hub v3 doesn’t boot and LED not lighting


Just bought hub v3 (2018). Plugged it into power socket and nothing happened. Hub not booting and has no LED status.
I tried soft and hard reset but without success. LED is still not lighting.

How to resurrect this brick?

sounds like a bad power supply. Will have to call support.

Or just return it and order a new one

Power supply is correct. We tried different one, everything is the same - hub is dead.

Wrote email to support. Waiting for response, will keep it posted.

I suggest that you call them. I’ve written 3 tickets since November and never received any response. I ultimately left SmartThings (except for a handful of devices) because of it.
