For some reason my mother in laws v3 hub keeps disconnecting & connecting. I have unplugged it for a minute & plugged it back in. Only a few devices are hooked up with most of them being smartthings cameras. Is anyone else having this issue? @Brad_ST is this something hopefully you can fix? Thanks.
I was having this issue as well. I purchased a 8 plug switch from Home Depot and connected my ST (v3) hub directly into my router. With my other SmartThings devices.
Now that I have set it up this way it has not disconnected since.
Here’s a picture of the switch
I’m hoping not to have to connect it via ethernet since its wifi & I have it in a good appt out of the way, but in the same room as the router.
I understand, although it’s wi-fi I found there are no disconnection issues when I plugged directly into my router.
I’m hoping it’s something @Brad_ST can gizmo. Keeping fingers crossed.

I am so happy to see this issue have been solved. I am looking for the same info. Keep suggesting such post.
It’s not solved. @SamsungZell I did contact support & they told me to hook it up via ethernet & see what happens. I sis that yesterday evening & it has not disconnected once so far. My problem is I dont want it to stay hooked up that way. So something is wrong because its bot working wifi. Ticket #115-55-23
Thanks
