I took several resets and a few router reboots, but this finally worked. My hub is back online.
Itâs really unfortunate that these message boards donât allow you to have an âaccepted solutionâ that you can pin at the top of the message. jkpâs solution is the answer here, it works without having to re-add everything. I had the solid blue light issue and followed the instructions and Iâm back up and running a few short minutes later. Thanks for the answer, even if I had to dig halfway through the thread to get it!
Oh thank god for this thread. The SOFT reset described above (remove power and batteries, press the red button on the back, add power, then release the red button) worked. It goes through all sorts of funky color progressions, orange, purple, etc., but GREEN in the end.
THANK YOU INTERNET PEOPLE. It would have taken me days to set this all up again from scratchâŚ.

You meant soft reset. A hard reset is where you wipe out everything which I would never recommend.
