I have 2 Honeywell Thermostats. They are a part of my Smartthings and Alexa, but I am having a few problems. Regarding Smartthings, control of the temps work fine. Here is where I would like a little assistance. When I tell Alexa to change the temp, she says she cant due to Auto mode. I like to just set a temp and forget it. Also, I am having a problem with the temp setting in terms of Cool/Heat. There is usually a range Cool to 73 degrees and Heat to 78 (example). Sometimes the temp gets out of these ranges without making a change on its own. Anyone know how to fix that?
