I recently bought (oct) the new hub and 4 outlets (over $300). Inspite of following the instructions could not get them to work. Could not get any live help. There is no phone # to call, no chat at night when we are home to trouble shoot. Finally I returned the product beginning of Nov and have not heard from the Co. No refund either. What kind of service is this?
Anybody had similar experience? I bought a 150$ camera from Nest and got live person to set it up and it works!
I am still e mailing to find out what happened to my REFUND! Cannot call anybody. I just cannot believe the level of service.
