Unresponsive Fibaro switches , dimmers and shutters (April 2019)

I recently having a lot of problems with fibaro double switches , dimmers and shutters.
I have about 30 double switches, 5 dimmers and 7 shutters. most of the switches and dimmers are unresponsive and unarousable with turning on/off manually.
Are there is any know problem?

There have been some reports of similar problems with the latest hub software update. See the thread for the release notes:
