So I’m thinking of getting a face recognition camera hooked up to maybe using ifttt to unlock the door
But I don’t know what’s my best option
I’m not really good with programming
I was wondering if anyone can help?
If camera works with IFTTT then it will work with SmartThings. I’ve found there to be a delay sometimes using IFTTT so I wouldn’t want to be standing at my door waiting on the “Cloud” to unlock it.
Also, unlocking doors programmatically is only available in the Classic App.
Finally, webCoRE is an excellent rule engine for most automations.
