Unfortunately it doesnt work anymore (SHM Alerts)

This is my sad story. I see sh*t load of alerts and cannot remove them. Customer support is useless.

Tried rebooting, uninstalling apps (iOS and Android), using api - nothing works.

Now I have bunch of useless devices hanging around the house.

Have you accessed the IDE to remove your hub and start over fro, there? It’s been so long since I first accessed the IDE, I feel like you just had to agree to something to become a “developer.”

@Tyler can you help this person out? It sounds like support has dropped him into the cracks.

Easier way to dismiss alerts:

  1. Tap the menu icon in the top right
  2. Tap Setup for Android; Tap Configure for iOS
  3. Tap Security
  4. Tap Next twice
  5. Scroll down and tap Remove
  6. Confirm the removal
