Unable to remove location

Hi,

i tried to remove location in my graph api console - https://graph.api.smartthings.com/location/list
but when i press delete it shows me:

Access Denied
We’re sorry, but you are not authorized to perform the requested operation.

anyone have any idea what possibly went wrong and how can i remove it?

I’ve contacted support via email, but they are not responding.
what else can I try ?
