Hi for whatever reason my devices in my hub just stoppd working, so ive tried resetting my hub its the wifi hub but the problem being is that i have 2 locations now and i cant delete the old one also all my old autmations,devices,smart apps are still showing in my app, i have tried setting new location to true in ide and false on the old but that doesnt work also tried to delete from new and old app, as im in Australia i have found it impossible to get any support from smartthings ive been directed to the forum or to get help from the American side by Samsung Australia which is ridiculous as smartthings is officialy solde here, my hub and devices are also still working incorrectly not sure if its my hub or that everything is mixed together, any help would be great
Hi Troy! It seems you should submit a ticket to customer support to get more assistance. I recommend creating a ticket: https://smartthings.developer.samsung.com/support and attach all the information regarding your issue.
