Can't delete a device, says "Access Denied"

I have a GE Link light bulb and recently the hub cannot communicate with it anymore. I went ahead and search for new device, the bulb showed up and I added it as new device.

Now I can’t remove the broken device from the hub (from iphone app and also from graph.api). When I tried to go into the device’s setting, I got
"Access Denied
We’re sorry, but you are not authorized to perform the requested operation."

Open a ticket, support should be able to remove it for you.

Can you show me how to do that?
