Unable to get schlage keypad lock to get to pairing mode

Trying again … The lock says that it’s paired it just never show on the app. I have multiple location on my smarttings . Could that be the problem ? nothing is showing on the logs. on IDE . Please help

Sounds like you’re running into the stale DTH issue. Open your IDE and “republish” all your custom lock DTH’s (or remove them if you aren’t using them) and it should resolve your issue
