Unable to enable developer mode on iOS

Device: iPhone 13 Pro Max
OS: iOS 18.0
SmartThings app version: 1.7.19 (current version available on iOS App Store)

I am unable to enable developer mode in the Smartthings app on my iPhone. Following the instructions laid out here, performing a long-press on the ‘About SmartThings’ option only brings me to the ToS and Open Source License page, as if I had just tapped on it instead.

I am able to enter developer mode as laid out by the above documentation on my Android device, but it would be nice to test on both my personal iPhone and my work Android. Does iPhone have a different method for entering developer mode, or is this a known issue on iOS?

Click “SmartThings” about 10 times.

This is Android, but give it a try.

Just tried that as you suggested, I’m presented with a field to enter a password. I’m not sure what the default password is per the app, or a password required per my developer account. Entering my developer account password garnered no result, other than a popup saying ‘Invalid password, 1/5 attempts’.
