Unable to edit device Setup/Support profile after certification

How am I able to edit a device [Setup & Support] profile after it has been approved for WWST certification? I thought I had reviewed them all ahead of time but I found a bad mistake where some garbage text is in one of the input boxes!

Additionally, please provide the following so we can review and compare:

  • The Profile ID of the current (old) device profile
  • The Profile ID of the new device profile you’re planning to use

We want to compare both profiles and confirm that the capabilities remain unchanged.

The Setup/Support profiles for Zwave devices do not have capabilities in then, it is just some user instruction information. Are you saying I should make a new profile and someone can swap it for me? This is the cert ID “e4a7f142-e1d2-4696-b2d8-15ae997ab11d”, I have not created a new profile yet.

What file? There is no file, it is all done on the developer center.

Based on your last screenshot, are you referring to the device onboarding instructions? Just to clarify, the device profile is different from that section.

I just want to make sure we are on the same page before checking with the engineering team about the next steps.

Yes the onboarding instructions, which is in the section I pointed to in my screenshot and it is called “Setup & Support PROFILES”
