Unable to Delete or Modify Thermostat Mode Director

Hi -

So for the past month or so, I have been unable to delete, modify or disable the SmartApp “Thermostat Mode Director.” This is not a “My Apps” this is an authorized app that is visible from the Smarthings Application after you enable developer mode.

When I try, I get the following message

Any help would be appreciated.

Custom smartapp?

If yes, you can try https://account.smartthings.com or go to IDE at https://account.smartthings.com and go to Locations > smartapps and attemp to remove it there.

And remember, you can always contact ST support and see if they can assist. :slight_smile:

Nope. As I stated in the initial message, this is not my smartapp, this is an “official” smartapp from the SmartThings application after you enable developer mode. It does not show up in the MySmartapps section of the IDE

Please note I did not post My Smartapps in my response try going to Location > smartapps :slight_smile:

It may be there or it may not… just checking

If It is one of those old marketplace apps so you may need o contact ST support at this point

It just sits and spins when I try to pause it

I sent a note to support - I think the issue is deeper than this one app. I seem to be unable to modify/delete/pause any SmartApp, regardless of it is was provided by the system or if it’s one of mine.
