Unable to control fan via automations in new Samsung microwave ME19A7041WS/AA

New Samsung smart microwave ME19A7041WS/AA, it appears the only thing available to do do via rules engine is turn the light on and off. The fan can be operated via the device in ST, and voice control does work. Is this a limitation with the device integration or possibly the rules engine? I also use webcore, and do not see anything that looks like fan control. The device does have a child device called hood, which is where the light and fan control exist. @SamsungZell any suggestions or resources I can look at?

On the off case this helps someone, this is how I got it working.

The device control works correctly with Alexa (meaning all fan controls etc). Alexa routines have a limited subset of devices you can perform actions from. In my case, I want to perform an action based on an Awair device which is not supported in Alexa routines. I created a Simulated Contact Sensor which is set open or closed depending on the air quality (via webcore). I am then able to action from Open or Closed in Alexa routines, turning the microwave hood fan on or off.
