I have read various discussions about this but don’t seem to have a definitive answer on how to add a v2 2015 hub to the SmartThings app as it produces this error when trying to add the device
Some topics such as STH-ETH hub problems - inherited hub won’t connect - #9 by Malekfahl suggest contacting support but the only support teams I have found for SmartThings so far are the US team, who redirected me to the UK team, but I can’t seem to find the correct place to raise this issue with them
Port 39500 is open on the device, so I know that it is functioning and on my wired network correctly, and thus would have access to any cloud connections it should need
Hi - thanks for the reply and yes I have fully reset the hub using the flashing yellow, then solid yellow procedure. It then boots to a green light but same problem unluckily
The hub model and serial is as per below but it is a STH-ETH-200
