Yea I actually did try that early on. I also got two more plug in lamp modules which I placed nearby to enhance the reliability of the zwave network. After doing that it started working more consistently for me but it still is not working for my wife.
I am super confused here.
Ok well I think I have made progress. Tonight when my wife got home it seemed to work and when I asked her about it she said that she punched in her code on the keypad before actually trying the door last night so I bet it worked then too. I will give it another couple days to see if it works consistently but I bet it was an issue with the zwave signal not reaching the lock and the extra modules fixed it (fingers crossed)
