Trying to edit or delete automations results in “network error”

For the past few days I’ve been having issues with automations not running correctly, so I thought I would troubleshoot by editing the automations. But 99% of the time, saving results in “network error”. Deleting prompts the same error, as does creating new simple automations. I’m not sure what to do at this point.

  • are you using Routines or Smart lighting or other?
  • are you able to control devices in the app?
  • have you tried using different devices in the Automations?

You should also contact ST support and give them permissions to view your logs.
