I’ve added a couple Homeseer HSWS 100+ switches and they work just fine with their default settings. the trouble comes when I want to make the ramp up quicker, or double tap down goes to 25%
sometimes the changes will stick like having 1 up press goes to 100% or double tap down goes to 25% but anything else is hit or miss, and once it seems to have worked, if I try to change it back, nothing happens and dimming functionality is gone. my only recourse is to reset to factory settings on the switch and readd to smartthings. Any idea what I could be doing wrong? Im using the darwin device handler
